This 50 round box of Federal 44 Rem Magnum Unprimed Brass has a sticker added to one end with 158 Grain 357/44 Bobcat Magnum identification and a patent number. The Bobcat was an attempt to make a bottlenecked revolver case work at very high pressures. The case is necked down and a plastic ring is added to take up space in the 44 cal cylinder, the barrel is 38 caliber. I would imagine shooting a 44 mag round in this gun would result in rather unpleasant experiences. I have no idea who made this ammo and I would not recommend firing it, but it is an interesting display item for the ammo collector. Free shipping.
