This 15 x 31 inch plastic padded mat has center fire rifle cartridges and big game loads on one side with shotgun shells and bird info on the other.  This is probably from the 1960s or 70s and it remains in very good condition with light soiling and wear.  A nice piece for the gun room.  Free shipping.
